Different Way of Learning

SLVUSD Charter School is a tuition-free K–12 Charter School that is aligned with state standards. We offer K–12 homeschooling, K–12 hybrid / homeschool options, and a 6th–8th grade five day a week program for families who prefer an individualized approach to education, combined with the support of school district resources.

Quail Hollow
(K–6) A home and community-based program offering parents and children an opportunity to take part in individualized educational activities under the guidance of credentialed teachers.

Fall Creek Homeschool
(K–5) Fall Creek Homeschool is a year-long commitment for students that meet Tuesdays and Thursdays as a whole group to focus on more specific academic activities with a thematic science emphasis.

Middle School

(6–8) Coast Redwood Middle School is a two-day a week program. Children hold a vital spot in the development of our world: and it is only through actively listening and engaging with them that we can develop a vision for the future that can come to fruition.

Quail Hollow Integrated Arts
(7–8) Quail Hollow Integrated Arts (QHIA) is a hybrid program offering an interdisciplinary curriculum and a dynamic approach to learning where the arts are central to academics.
Nature Academy 
(6–8) Developed as a school to meet the needs of students looking for a challenge — academically, physically, emotionally, and socially — the Nature Academy is committed to 
offering enriched education.

Coast Redwood 
High School
(9–12) Coast Redwood High School provides students with options for personalized learning. Our goal is to create a model personalized learning community that supports our vision and guides our students to become lifelong learners.
Mountain Independent Studies
(K–6) The Mountain Independent Study program is a home-study approach to education located at the Mountain Elementary School site in Soquel. Our goals include supporting parental efforts to integrate the learning environment into the home setting, enhancing and integrating the development of each student as a whole human being, and to provide meaningful, active learning, which supports real lie experiences.
